Description
A PUSH DAY pop-up workshop: drills and a short challenging combo to push precision and expand vocabulary for leaders and followers. Lots of reps (come prepared to sweat!). Schedule: 12:00 warm-up w/ solo & partnered drills → 12:15 combo teaching & variations → 1:00 repetitions with different partners. All levels (WSDC Novice+). Pay-What-You-Want pricing.
